Here are some people from my reading list that I'd happily rec to just about anyone:
damned_colonial writes historical fiction fics and does kink bingo fics. torachan is a translator who right now is only getting gigs translating Japanese hentai and his entries about that are hilarious. He also quite frequently posts recs of fics that focus on trans*people. recessional I don't know a lot about because they're fairly new to my reading list but they write fic! I do know they have experience dealing with MDD which I thought may be of interest to you. holyschist does great book reviews and has really interesting posts on historical costuming. zvi has great link dumps. viklikesfic does some great kink bingo fics.
Of course, I personally think that everyone on my reading list is worth reading but your mileage may vary.
